Young researchers are the future of science and technology worldwide, and they play a crucial role in the development of our journals. In order to further enhance the quality of our journals and increase their international reputation, we are pleased to invite applications for the Early Career Editorial Board (ECEB) of Materiale Plastice (MP).
Materiale Plastice is a Gold Open Access Journal focused on the science and engineering of polymers and related materials. The journal is indexed in WoS and Scopus with an Impact Factor 2024: 0.7, Scopus CiteScore 2024: 1.6.
This initiative aims to engage outstanding early-career researchers who are passionate about scholarly publishing and eager to contribute to the advancement of the journal. Our goal is to cultivate a pool of talent for the editorial board of each journal and provide a professional platform for open, free and equal communication among young researchers. Recruitment Criteria
- Possess a doctoral degree;
- SCI publication experience;
- Actively engaged in scientific research in related fields;
- Enthusiastic about periodical work, available to review, solicit and promote journals.

Responsibilities
- Assist Editor-in-Chief in reviewing manuscripts in professional fields from time to time;
- Actively contribute in soliciting submissions, serve as guest editors for special issues;
- Support the development goals of the journal through various means, such as providing suggestions, promoting the journal on academic networks, academic conferences, and new-media channels, etc.

Preliminary resume review → Editorial board selection → Notification of young editorial board members → Announcement of the list.
