Abstract
The polysiloxane networks have been prepared by means of hydrosilylation reaction of poly(dimethyl, hydrogen-methyl)siloxanes (HlPDMS) containing Si–H groups and siloxane copolymers named VlPDMS and VcPDMS containing Si-CH=CH2 functional groups. The structure of the siloxane copolymers was determined from 1H-NMR and FT-IR spectra analyse and the characterization of the siloxane copolymers was performed by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), viscosity and determination of the content of functional groups. The mechanical properties of the newly obtained networks were determined by physico-mechanical measurements, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Keywords: polysiloxane, hydrosilylation crosslinking, polymer networks
